Sausage Making at Home

A workshop with Kyle Deming of Sausage Partners.

Kyle will cover all you need to know for making sausages at home - equipment, ingredients, smoking, and recipes and of course we will sample sausages. A fun night with lots of interaction and information.

Kyle’s passion for meat and specifically sausages led him to open the meat shop Sausage Partners with his partner Lorraine in 2012. It has become a mecca for Leslieville meat lovers. Time spent in Scotland cooking at top restaurants gave Kyle a passion for cooking and meat. Kyle was head chef at Starfish and The Ceili Cottage and after making sausages for owner Patrick McMurray’s 40th birthday people started clamoring to buy the sausages and so the idea of a shop was born.
