Vibrational Source: An Introduction to Sound Healing and Its Applications to Yoga with Darren Austin

I'm so honoured and excited to be a presenter at this year's Yoga Conference in Toronto. I will be sharing a workshop about my great love of the healing power of sound and particularly its potentials in the practice of yoga. Participants will be introduced to the use of sound and music as medicine drawing from wisdom of the ancients and modern innovations. I will share my knowledge from multifarious traditions and guide participants through practical applications using the voice and chanting. The workshop will conclude with a brief sound healing performance with crystal singing bowls and other profound instrumentation. Come and join in the powerful beauty :)

...ALSO: I will be performing in accompaniment of my brilliant friend, Cathy Keenan's, Yin Yoga workshop at the conference on Saturday morn from 1030-1230pm ("Getting to the Heart of the Matter: Yin Yoga, Microsystems Massage and Singing Bowls"). Will will also be joined by our friend and Chinese Medicine practitioner, Ariella Meinhard, who will be offerings microsystem massage during the practice. WOW!

FINALLY: I will be performing a short set of sacred music on Saturday between 2-3pm at the Cultural Arts Area :)
