Learn the history of tea and secrets to blending popular flavours before creating custom blends with the help of Dan Johanis, a resident tea blending expert. He has been described as the guy who has spilled the trade secrets of the tea industry. Legend has it that Houdini and Copperfield fear him for this very reason.

Dan leads participants through creating their own custom blends from an assortment of flavours. Students depart with three bags of loose-leaf tea that they can use to whip up their own inimitable blends at home.
