loveloss - a new work for Dancemakers by Artistic Director Michael Trent.

The bodily effects of (as the title would suggest) loss and love. So often together and so common as to affect us all. Visible and exposed from all sides, barely able to hide a thing, the bodies imagine and sense.

Emotionally curious and curious about emotion, returning company members Robert Abubo, Amanda Acorn and Simon Renaud are joined by newcomers Ellen Furey and Simon Portigal in a show that starts from a different place for Trent and co.

Vulnerable, shy, bold and daring - they invite us to join them on the trip.

The company is joined by the team behind The Adaptation Project including composer Christopher Willes, dramaturge Jacob Zimmer, lighting designer Kimberly Purtell and costume designer Vanessa Fischer.
