Gregg's Charity Beer Pong Tournament
On Saturday March 2nd 2013, The Gregg Zaun Foundation will host its first Charity Beer Pong Tournament. Proceeds will be donated to Kids Help Phone! So exciting!
The event is being held at 2nd Floor. The events space upstairs from SPiN Toronto. 461 King St W. Toronto.
Music is being generously donated by Sound Obsession DJ & Entertainment Services.
There will be four tables, 16 teams and 100 general admission tickets.
Currently, we are still seeking sponsors to help us make sure Kids Help Phone gets the largest possible donation, a handful of volunteers (with smart serve!) and a photographer. Our usual photographer Paul has a gig that night, we are sad, but it gives someone else a chance to come take some pics of what will be probably, the funniest night of 2013. Just sayin'.

**General Admission Info**
Tickets are $60 dollars. You receive one beer ticket, the chance to participate in raffles and betting, spectate some serious beer pong and point and laugh all night long.
You can purchase your tickets via our website, www.gzfoundation.com/events. Press the "BUY GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS" button, it leads to our Paypal account. You will not receive a "ticket". Your name will be added to our guest list for check in at the door, the day of the event. If the name on the payee account differs from who will be attending the event, you need to include ALL names on the Paypal page text box. Include the number in your party if you have purchased more than one.
This is a 19+ licensed event. I.D. will be required at the door.
This is a charitable event, with a small capacity. Your ticket will not be refunded if you are found to be under the legal drinking age.
**TEAM REGISTRATION INFO**
You must pre-register your Beer Pong Team to play. Registration is be available online right here. Your registration must be completed and submitted on or before February 22nd 2013 to be approved.
Your team should have four (4) people, all over of the legal drinking age. We will I.D. at the door, if you are found to be under age, unfortunately, you will forfeit your registration fee and be denied entry. Please keep things on the up and up!
The cost to enter a team is $300.00 ($75 per person).
You get to pick a Team Name and receive registration gifts. Competition beer is complimentary.
There are only 16 team spots available. If you want to get a heads up on everyone, submit a contact form with your name and contact info and we can start the process for you before Thursday.
Contestants and spectators can win HUGE prizes. There are Door Prizes, Grand Prizes for the tournament winners, Raffle and a Bet Prize!
The Bet Prize is awarded to the person who made the smartest bets throughout the night. The bets are all personal between guests, they can be on who you think is going to win a game or who you think is going to fall down the stairs. Guests can purchase, dollar for dollar, "play money" with which to bet. Who ever has the fattest wad at the end of the night takes the cake!
REGISTER A TEAM
You must enter a registration form prior to paying the fee. Once you have received confirmation of your registration, your registration fee can be paid via the BUY TICKETS button. This will direct you to our Paypal account. You will not receive "tickets". Your names and team name will be added to our guest list for day of check in at the door. If the name on the payee account differs from the any of the players, you need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address of the person who paid and provide the team name for verification.
