The Rag Bag Cabaret on Roncy is produced by Rachelle Elie and Luke Jackson. These two twisted souls aim to bring you the best of the city's music, comedy, burlesque, dance, clown and circus acts right here in Toronto's finest neighbourhood – Roncy!
