With Wild Blueberry Month just around the corner, everyone’s favourite anti-oxidant rich berry is back. This August, join Evergreen Brick Works in celebrating another year of wild family fun, from workshops to storytelling and pie baking to special guest blueberry vendors. Fun for the whole family, the festivities celebrate this wild and wonderful berry, native to North America.

Sample wild taste treats at the Sunday Farmers’ Market and new this year, taste a special wild blueberry cask beer brewed by barVolo. Get into the berry spirit and sip on Lanark County Blueberry Mead, Muskoka Cranberry Blueberry Wine, and Southbrook Framboise.

Crown this year’s winners at the Wild Blueberry Pie Competition (with gluten-free options) by purchasing a tasting ballot for the People’s Choice Award. At the Wild Blueberry Main Stage, learn about production, nutrition, and seasonal cooking tips from the experts.
