Winter Grilling with Executive Chef Rob Rainford
Join Canadian chef and author Rob Rainford to uncover the mystery of winter grilling with step-by-step, mouth-watering menus from around the world — the ultimate experience for any grill master and novice alike.
Grilling will take place on the 4,000 square foot patio where all guests will be given the chance to grill, rub, flip or sauce what they are about to taste. Each Sunday offers a different three course menu with beer pairings, including brandy butter-infused grilled beef tenderloin, tuna lollipops, bacon-wrapped chicken chops and thai-style BBQ flank steak with Asian noodles.
Guests will receive a signed copy of Rob Rainford’s Born to Grill book.
