If you are going to engage with your supporters, at some point you need to make a 'call to action'. In this session, we will look at some do's and don'ts of effective calls to action, online and in the real world. Bring your examples of calls to action that grabbed you, and ones that you ignored.

Eric Squair is an online campaigns and communications consultant based in Toronto. He has over a decade of experience as a non-profit staffer and independent consultant with organizations such as Greenpeace, Amnesty International and several federal and provincial political campaigns.
