CaffeineTO Week: Tea Blending Workshop with Tea Emporium

Enjoy a lesson on the basics of loose leaf tea, the different flavours, and how and why to blend it. Participants will blend their own loose leaf tea to take home!

This workshop will be lead by the co-founder of The Tea Emporium, Shabnam Weber.

The Tea Emporium acquires and sells teas from around the world. Using her passion and knowledge of tea, Shabnam has created a place for herself in the tea industry by sitting on the Board of Directories of the Tea Association of Canada, guest speaking at the World Tea Expo in Las Vegas, chairing several committees and establishing various forums for education, including the Tea Sommelier Programme (in coordination with the Tea Association of Canada and Canada’s first School of Tea.
