Mother Tongue DJs consist of two grumpy old bastards with PHD's from the school of hard knocks.

They bring you the best of rock n roll, Soul, Funk, Disco, Motown and other weirdness thrown in for good measure. They do not scratch. They do not mash-up. They don't do anything fancy. There is no flow or reasoning to the genre and can literally go from Sinatra to Slayer in the blink of an eye. They take requests and can easily be bribed.

They just play the best music you have ever heard in one night: drinking music - perfect for those nights your girlfriend ends up topless on a table shaking what the good lord gave her. Its a house party in a bar (no bitching neighbours). Talking to the people sitting beside you is encouraged - pretend you aren't in Toronto for a night and be friendly.
