Local Celebrities Will Wraps Gifts for Donations to United Way | Burlington Mall | Thursday, Dec 13
More than a dozen local celebrities will take part in the United Way Celebrity Gift Wrapping event at Burlington Mall on Thursday, December 13 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For a donation to United Way, shoppers can have gifts wrapped and meet with their favourite local celebrities. All proceeds from gift wrapping donations will go to the United Way of Burlington & Greater Hamilton to support local community programs. The United Way Gift Wrap Booth will be located by the elevator, near the Food Court, in Burlington Mall. Confirmed celebs include Connie Smith (Always Good News) scheduled for 10 a.m.; Melissa Forsyth (KX 94.7 FM) and Sunni Genesco (K-Lite FM) scheduled for 11:00 a.m.; Lesley Stewart (CH Morning Live) scheduled for 11:30 a.m.; Hamilton Tiger Cats Players scheduled for 12:00 p.m.; Annette Ham and Nicola Jones (CH Morning Live) and Nick Dixon (CHCH News) scheduled for 1:30 p.m.; Sean Cowan (CHCH News) scheduled for 2:00 p.m.; and Linda Rourke and Kate Lane (Cable 14) scheduled for 3:30 p.m.) Also taking part will be Olympic Soccer Bronze Medalist Diana Matheson.
