Somewhere between 4-5 yrs ago, boredom drove me to start to document the music I had been listening to. Between travels across the globe for festivals, and meeting the like minded folks, I found myself starting 92BPM.
Names like Flying Lotus, Cinnaman, Jay Scarlett, Suff Daddy, Heralds Of Change (Hudson Mohakwe's original group), Take, Pursuit Grooves were unknown to most if not many.
The blog shockingly took traction internationally, but still a scene that no one around me paid any attention to around my ways.

Went to Low End Theory in LA in 2007 (and unbeknownst to me at the time, shortly after it started). I then started this night called THE MPC CHANGED MY LIFE on College st and
what changed everything was 2009, touring across the country w/ Flying Lotus - and that's what made it all come together - a quasi litmus test.

FFWD 2012 and here we are. I've been able to be a part of great shows, curate nights, and present lectures, all taking place throughout the city. I could not be happier.
To celebrate what was the biggest show to date for us (TNGHT) and the 4 YRS solid that the blog has been running, we have a holiday event coming Dec 27th 2012.

We've not been in the Supermarket since hosting ONRA in June and are happy to be coming back. Great room. Great sound. Look for riddims you don't always hear, new music, tried tested and true classics.
