Art + Style = Suitman

Coming off a round of legal victories Canadian artist Joel Richardson is teaming up with the mysterious and provocative SUITMAN to launch a new clothing line, which will debut at GREENSHAG BESPOKE CLOTHIER on Queen West Thursday, November 29th.
While the relationship between the two artists remains unclear, what IS clear is that Richardson will debut paintings based on the recent performance art project THE SECRET SUITMAN PROJECT/PROJEKT (https://www.facebook.com/events/393988693970755/), a collaboration between legendary artists-slash-photographers Viliam Hbrubovcak and Jolie Fejer and project participants from the growing SUITMAN network.

THE ART
This series is based on the recent performance art project THE SECRET SUITMAN PROJECT/PROJEKT, a collaboration between legendary artists/photographers Viliam Hbruvorak and Jolie Fejer and project participants/models OR a group from the growing SUITMAN network.
Richardson has blown up photographs from the event onto large canvas frames, painting, sewing, gauging the pieces, then cut and sewn them back together.

Be prepared for:
clandestine encounters with well-dressed anarchists and a reported visit from the dogged Brock Johnson from The Firing Line (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqYDpvsdhyg), who has been hot on the track of the SUITMAN, in his unstoppable shakedown on the mysterious figure.
