United For Human Rights Day

You are invited to take action for human rights by joining in to celebrate International Human Rights Day.
On December 10th, 1948, the United Nations created The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which outlined 30 fundamental rights with which every human being is born. December 10th has since been celebrated as Human Rights Day.
On this day, millions of people in cities around the world gather to celebrate and reaffirm their human rights. This year's celebration marks an important step in efforts to educate the world, as more and more people search for answers to the challenges currently faced as a global community.
This year's Toronto celebration will be held on Wednesday, December 5th between 7:00PM - 9:00PM, at the Ontario Science Centre 770 Don Mills Road, in the Telus Room.
Join in by celebrating with musicians, artists, and speakers, in what is set to be an entertaining and informative evening!
Come to celebrate, become the solution, be the change!
