This OPIRG workshop will explore the context of tar sands in Ontario, focusing on the history of tar sands development, the impact it has on frontline communities, how the regulatory process has failed and what we can do from here. The workshop will provide information on ways to get incolved with tar sands organizing and empower participants to take action.
