The Ski BC Challenge

Tourism BC will be giving away over 300 BC ski lift tickets.

Torontonians will be invited to challenge each other in THe SKI BC Challenge - a head to head virtual ski race, which will include falling snow,wind, and scent of the outdoors and a motion-controlled ski game - that will give visitors a taste of what it is like to ski one of BC's 13 incredible ski resorts.

Participants will also have the opportunity to meet Ashleigh McIvor, the 2010 Olympic Gold Medallist in Ski Cross and ask her about her experiences skiing in BC. Spectators are welcomed to come by for free hot chocolate, autograph signings with Ashleigh McIvor and to experience skiing in BC.

The challenge will be free to try, and the winner of each race will snag a complimentary lift pass to one of BC's 13 ski resorts. During the event, up to 300 on-day lift passes will be distributed, and the fastest skiier of each day will be eligible to win a SKI BC Prize Pack valued at over $800.
