Youth Dialogue: In search of shared identity through food and language

Toronto Association for Learning and Preserving the History of WWII in Asia (ALPHA) and the ALPHA Ambassadors Board will be hosting the seventh inter-community Youth Dialogue titled "In search of shared identity through food and language".

Join ALPHA and SANG KIM - a restaurateur, chef and author who owns some of the iconic modern Japanese and Korean restaurants in Toronto, for a sushi-making workshop that deals with inter-cultural connectivity and identity exploration through culinary art. Engage with youth from different cultural/ethnic background, and discuss the Asian lingustic roots through food-making and food-tasting.
