Understanding Palestine in a Settler Colonial Context with SAIA

This talk aims to raise the importance of the struggle for self-determination in Palestine. Utilizing an anti-colonial and anti-imperialist analysis, it will discuss the nature of Israeli Apartheid within the context of the global capitalist system. Illustrating the links between Palestine and other struggles around the world, the panel will then bring the subject matter back to the Palestine solidarity work being done in Toronto and the necessity to organize around this topic at York.
