Scandinavia's culinary star, Chef Magnus Nilsson of Faviken restaurant, makes his first book tour stop and appearance in North America here in Toronto.
Faviken Magasinet is located on a remote 20,000 acre farm and hunting estate in Northern Sweden, not far from the Arctic Circle. It's young 28 year old chef is fast becoming the toast of the international culinary world. This is his first cookbook and it dazzles with ingredients that are raised and farmed on the estate, with Nilsson using simple cooking methods to achieve spectacular results.
