Vancouver Chef Rob Feenie gives a full on demo from his new cookbook Casual Classics. In 2005 he became the first Canadian Chef to win Iron Chef America. Chef Feenie won accolades and awards at Lumiere for his innovative menus and now is creating award winning family stlye recipes for Cactus Club restaurants.
This is his fourth cookbook which brings all his experience in the professional and home kitchen on to the pages.
