The Horables Vs The Swamp Ward Orchestra

Its the battle of the trios !

The Horables are hosting Kingston's Swamp Ward Orchestra at C'est What on Sunday May 27th from 7 til 11 pm.
The Horables (Rachel Melas, Conny Nowe and Rachel Sheinin) are mostly Klezmer-centric with some Django style Jazz, Gypsy dance tunes and the occasional Rag mixed together for maximum audience amusement.

The Swamp Ward Orchestra (Alison Gowan, Jan Le Clair, Laura Murray) transports audiences with quirky songs and driving dance tunes from Québec, France, and Eastern Europe played on accordion, hurdy-gurdy, cello, whistles, banjo, and double bass. The Orchestra has played numerous pubs & coffee houses and made quite a few stops on the folk festival circuit .
