Effective Conflict Resolution

With Guest Speaker: Dr. Adam Lodzinski

Adam Lodzinski has extensive academic and practical experience in management consultant, program design and evaluation, and organizational development.

This workshop will focus on clear and effective strategies for averting or diffusing emerging conflicts, and resolving current and future conflicts using real-life scenarios with a complete set of workshop materials. Training in conflict resolution is the perfect follow-up and/or complement to anger management programming and counselling.
