In February and March of 2013, I lost my aunt dads brothers wife and uncle dads cousin to terminal cancer and had my mom survive Breast Cancer all within a few months of each other. It was after seeing both my uncle and aunt in palliative care both in a hospital and hospice respectively, that I saw how much health care professionals really and truly do for someone in the final days of their lives.

My uncle was at Scarborough Grace and Hill House Hospice is where my aunt had spent her final months and the hospice itself runs off public donations and provides the comforts of home television, couches, backyard and your own private room to those who are in the final stages of their life. Needless to say, seeing this with my own eyes I felt as a testament to how much these health care professionals do, that every year starting in 2013 that I would try and do something to give back to HILL HOUSE HOSPICE and hopefully help in whatever small way possible, provide someone with a bit of happiness at the end of their journey.

I hope everyone can make it out to the event which 100 of the Proceeds are going to Hill House Hospice and support an amazing cause.
