The Bernardo Padron Group is presently touring and promoting the recently released global jazz project: “Tales of La Juana”. This unique and completely original set of compositions invite the listener to the rich musical folk culture of Venezuela as interpreted by six of Canada’s most talented jazz artists (Bernardo Padron – composer, saxes and flute, Marilyn Lerner – piano and accordion, Andrew Downing - bass, Justin Haynes – electric guitar, Alan Hetherington – drums and percussion, and Mark Duggan – marimba and percussion).
