HAITI FUNDRAISER FOR SHELTERBOX

ITS TIME TO DO SOMETHING GOOD!

So we are hosting a fundraiser in collaboration with Amsterdam Brewery and the Centre for Local Research into Public Spaces to help raise money for the ShelterBox.

ShelterBox is a charitable organization that provides tents and shelter supplies to survivors of the Haiti Earthquake. Each ShelterBox contains a dry shelter, a warm bed, light and heat, clean water, cooking aids, and tools for TEN PEOPLE. Each box costs $1200 so we're aiming for a minimum of 5 boxes! The event is going to be TONS of fun, we're going to have authentic Haitian food, live bands, a dj, performers and much much more. There will also be a cash bar and perhaps a raffle if we can get some donations.

Performers include:

- Masaisai (Rwandan)
- Slow Motion Victory (Rock)
- DJ Sandro B

Tickets are $25 in advance and you can contact any one of the administrators for tickets, your ticket gets you entrance to the event and free food, not to mention the fantastic feeling that you're doing something to help the people of Haiti.
