2015 Sing For Your Heart Gala

The annual Sing For Your Heart Gala celebrates its 25th anniversary and its ongoing dedication in bringing awareness to heart disease and stroke directly affecting the Chinese Canadian population. Organized by the Chinese Canadian Council of the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the 2015 Sing for Your Heart Gala is an annual black tie event that raises funds for research and heart health promotion in the Chinese community.

This year’s event is titled “The Ancient Old City, Xi’an” and will be held on May 23rd, 2015 at the Hilton Suites Conference Centre and Spa, 8500 Warden Avenue at Hwy 7 at 6 PM. As part of the China 360° tradition, the annual gala samples the diverse cultural flavours in China through food, décor and captivating entertainment. Rich in its history and cultural significance, Xi’an has been chosen to be the highlighted city of this year’s event. The 2015 Sing for Your Heart Gala features a number of exciting performances. Winners of the past Sing For Your Heart Competition, Jane Lu and Roy Tugbang will be showcasing their talents. Other highlights include cooking demonstrations by Chef Leung Ming and traditional Beijing Opera performances by Sheng Li. There will also be live and silent auctions, raffle draws, table prizes and door prizes!

Gala tickets are $198 each and are available by contacting Chris Tai at the Heart & Stroke Foundation at 647-835-1682 or via email at ctai@hsf.on.ca. For more information or to make a donation, please visit singforyourheart.ca
