Va$htie Kola is a New York based Director, Filmmaker, Artist, Designer, Creative Consultant and DJ. She has cultivated the Downtown New York City scene for over a decade as a style icon, but her curatorial outreach and influence spans worldwide.

Having become one of NY's biggest tastemakers in the realms of fashion, film and music, Va$htie has directed videos with the likes of Justin Bieber, Kid Cudi and Kendrick Lamar, as well creative director for brands such as Billionaire Boys Club/IceCream, Def Jam and her own brand, VIOLETTE - in which she became the first woman to design a Jordan brand sneaker.

1992 PARTY

Alongside her friend and partner Oscar, Va$htie created the 1992 party to revitalize the New York nightlife, while bringing back a moment in time that breathed nothing but good vibes and great music. The party has stretched from New York to Miami, and even overseas to Paris and Amsterdam. Attaching itself to names like Q-Tip, DJ Premier, The Clipse and Jay-Z amongst others, 1992 is known to bring tastemakers and celebrities together to reminisce and dance the night away.
