Music, food and legendary hospitality are on the menu to celebrate 29 years of The Free Times Cafe as Toronto’s creative hub and home to great Canadian, Middle Eastern and Jewish cuisine. Join the party on December 15th from 11:30 a.m. to midnight for entertainment and famous food when IT’S FINALLY FREE AT THE FREE TIMES CAFE. Also don’t miss the special tribute to Chanukah, as host and owner Judy Perly will carry a flaming Menorah on her head!

For one and all, a free vegetarian buffet for lunch 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and dinner 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Free hors d’oeuvres will be available 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. onwards. You can also enjoy complimentary drinks, music, raffles and prizes. Guests will receive an anniversary present!

Since the anniversary falls on a Tuesday, The Free Times are taking the opportunity to introduce to the party-goers, new musicians who have emerged from The Free Times Cafe in the last year. The anniversary night will feature the next generation of hot singer/songwriters who were chosen from the Monday night “Open Stage” and we have also appeared on Tuesday’s “Best of Open Stage.” Stay tuned for performer updates. Entertainment begins at 7 p.m.
