Toronto Roller Derby 2009 Season Opener

Toronto Roller Derby has skated, bashed and knocked its way back into the city for its third action-packed season.

Kicking off on Saturday May 30th at George Bell Arena, last year’s champions, the Chicks Ahoy!, will battle it out with their championship contenders, The Gore-Gore Rollergirls.

The season opener is guaranteed to be an exciting bout. Look out for key jammers and superb blockers from each team—Bambi and Dust Bunny from the Gore-Gore Rollergirls, and Dolly Destructo and Candy Crossbones from the Chicks Ahoy!

Tickets can be purchased in advance for $12 at dedicated ticket outlets, online at www.torontorollerderby.com or at the door for $15.
