toronto beer run

Choose your distance and beer at the Toronto Beer Run

The Toronto Beer Run is probably one of the most transparent fitness events around. Why do we workout? So that we can indulge later and not look bad naked. That's pretty much it if you're not an elite athlete. You exercise so that you can drink.

So it's only fitting that this year's Toronto beer run is all about choice. Instead of forcing everyone to run 5K or more, the event is tailored to ability level so that there's still some energy left over for drinking. Runners can choose from 10K, 5K, and 3K routes before finishing at the Brick Works and indulging in the Brewer's Backyard.

Guilt free drinking, how very nice.
