I am not surprised about saving Gigi, you can see the condition o their "kitchen" 2 feet from the register.

I clicked through for each, and A Dark Horse was reprimanded for hand washing, but you did not list it on the crucial infractions list, but you did for Saffron Spice kitchen. Why?

Ditto for El Trompo. How is hand washing crucial for one restaurant but not the others?

AND Prohibition Gastropub. Did you mention ANY of the others who were reprimanded for hand washing?

sometimes, yellows can be given to places when the officers are moody. happened to a friend of mine. his pop was not elevated off the floor in storage. he got a yellow .

Dine Safe is important but I also agree that some convictions maybe harsh. I've eaten at most of these places and all are great. I worked in a restaurant and I know how crucial it is to keep it up to code and that its impossible to have all of the checks pass 100% of the time. As much as I like to see which restaurants have received marks, to be fair maybe just red should be shared on the net to the public.
