toronto dine safeThis week on DineSafe, there was a chance you got more than an extra pie with your pizza purchase up by Jane and Finch. Yes, 2-4-1 Pizza got the red for an apparent insect infestation, as did Flatiron and Firkin down by Church and Front for a rodent problem; this was not the week for chain eats, in other words. MBCo was also on the DineSafe offenders list this week, carrying on its unsettling trend of repeated conditional passes. Here's a closer look at some of the reports on DineSafe this week.

You should look into Fresh on Queen St West. My girlfriend found a gigantic cockroach with wings crawling around in her salad. I know it's "fresh" but that is just ridiculous. Never eating there again.
