This week on DineSafe saw a surprising new addition: the Spoke Club. While conditional pass-recipients such as Canton Chilli and Lemongrass are no stranger to the yellow flag, the Spoke Club received its first less-than-stellar review. An inspector found the swanky supper club guilty of 10 infractions, none of which included making non-members feel bad about themselves.
