DineSafe TorontoThis week on DineSafe, lunch takes a major hit. First, it's up to North York, where Bagel World's classic and beloved lox and cream cheese is tarnished by a record of 13 violations. Then, it's down to CJ Lunch Box, which continues to be remarkably well priced, though now boasts a conditional pass. oh man... Bagel World is the ONLY place I will buy bagels from in Toronto (seriously, they are the best). I usually go to the Bayview or Yonge locations, so hopefully those are ok.

Ignore my last comment - Bagel HOUSE is where I get my bagels. Couldn't care less about Bagel World. Try Bagel House if you want the best Montreal bagels in the city!

CJ's ... I stopped eating their when I saw them unpack the "fresh" eel in bbq teriyaki sauce from a box full of vac-packs. The box was crisply marked " Imported from China". The eel tasted suspiciously of diesel fuel.
