Wont shop at Nella again. My parents purchased a tomato machine that was faulty after first use not to mention it was undersized. After using the machine for roughly 20-30 minutes a seal went on the machine and oil from the canister began to seep out. When they brought the machine back to Nella under warranty my parents were asked to pay $60-80 for the repair even though the machine was days old. My parents are older and didn't want to cause any problems so they paid it.
Avoid at all cost.

I would never recommend Nella Cucina. I received a gift of a class for my fiance and me and when I discovered close to 35 hours prior to the class that I had a conflict I called immediately. Even within this timeframe I was rudely advised that I could not reschedule and that I would have to forfeit the class. I emailed to ask for a reconsideration and they did not even do the courtesy of responding. I would never shop there or take a class or recommend them. Very poor customer service.
