Make a funny with an archival photo: Home Ec. edition

Caption Central Technical School Cake Making Archive Harry PotterOff the back of last weekend's caption hilarity, we've dug up another gem from the Toronto Archives for the sole purpose of a quick laugh. In celebration of his visit to Toronto earlier this week, today's image features a miserable Daniel Radcliffe/Harry Potter lookalike posing during a cake-making workshop at Central Technical School in 1923.

Make us chuckle with your best caption below. But, you know, please keep it mostly clean.

Oh, hilarious. These women do not look like movie stars, let us all poke fun at them. Guess what? These are real live women, not photoshopped plastic Barbies.
P.S. I bet everyone who left a "funny" comment to this photo looks like George Cluny and Brad Pitt taken together. Or thinks he does.

Hello, this is Brad "Bake Off" Clooney, and I'd like to talk to you today about the real, delightful women who make cakes: they themselves may not be striking in appearance, but it is guaranteed that their cakes always will be. These women need not smile often either, for their cakes will surely bring many smiles to the hearts and minds of little children everywhere, and isn't that more important?

So support the "Real Women Make Cakes" movement. You may not get all these women to smile when making those cakes, but those little brats stuffing their faces will be, though unfortunately one of those kids may one day become mayor. Thank you for your support.

The device on the wall behind them is called a 'telephone'. It was used to actually 'speak' to another individual over relative distances. Some of the devices we carry with us today have similar capabilities built it, but may have gone unnoticed by the average teenager.

"Martha, I'm saying this for the last time: Kraftwerk are famous for their electronic music. If we go on stage and make these Kraft dinners we are gonna get laughed out of the competition."
