noteTOself: Toronto 'Til I Die
noteTOself is a weekly roundup of some of my freshest sketches. Perhaps it will be your new BFF for your Wednesday middle-of-the-week crisis?
Last Saturday was the Home Opening Game of the TFC at the BMO Field (ahem, I won't go into the details of the game...) and I'm surprised that after two full seasons there's still no official mascot for our team.
So this week I'm doing a TFC Mascot Special and presenting some of my suggestions. Enjoy!

The legends tells that Whitey the Squirrel used to live at the BMO Field until they brought Bitchy! It was Then that Whitey was forced to move into Trinity Bellwoods...Since then, Whitey has strategically been attempting to come back into the filed...
Basically the whole point of these mascots is to play pray pray vs predator, running around the stadium doing silly things, if Whitey manages to sneak in the audience get prices or whatever :P
I love this comic.... my vote goes for Bitchy!!!
TFC Robot for when polite-but-learning-to-be-rowdy Toronto fans adopt hooliganism, Botty can break out its 'Arsenal'(har!) of weap...peacekeeping devices.

I vote for the Squirrel -- but it has to be a black one since they're unique to the region, and hey, it would be homage to the squirrel that went for a long run on the pitch that one match a few years ago

Bitchy has swooped into my heart from his perch up above the BMO fortress and forever shall be my TFC fav mascot.
as a TFC supporter, I think the robot is the most logical choice.

hahaha... great set.
i love them all, including an appreciation for the beer one. last time i went to the game, i made the mistake of getting the first round of beers for me and three friends.... eeeeek.... weekly pay, down the drain (with a short visit through my body, but eventually through the drain).
maybe there could be a mascot-mania; last mascot standing (bitchy and whitey can fight together, as they come as a pair).
