Test the Nation: Backstage Celebrity-ish Interviews

We're still hot off our victory lap from taking home the trophy for the Bloggers on Test the Nation last night and have some behind-the-scenes video for you.

The fabulous Ryan C and I took a camera backstage to get the scoop from some of the hottest celebrity look-a-likes including Paris Hilton (Joy-Marie Mitchell), Celine Dion (Laura Landauer), Austin Powers (Bob Shea), as well as some predictions and impromptu cookie-making advice from FoodTV's Anna Olson.

Good job, bloggers! You loudmouth troublemakers! ;)

Where did they find these celeb look-a-likes?? Paris Hilton was probably the closest, but the rest of them wouldn't even resemble their assigned celeb even after I drank 10 beers and took a few mushrooms for good measure!

Hey Carrie, I'd wager a few of the look a likes from the Look-A-Like show that's on one of our local networks (forget which). I recognized a few, like the Sharon Osbourne, from their auditions in 2007 (I think we have a post up with pics somewhere in the archive). The Paris Hilton (aside from her voice), Celine and Kiss were all scary accurate.

Also, in case anyone was going to say how low quality the footage looked, we weren't really allowed to bring any high quality cams back stage so all the footage was shot with Adam's surprisingly good snappy cam. You can still make fun of the quality, but just keep that in mind is all, ya trolls!

Congrats on the win, and thanks for sharing a little bit of the behind-the-scenes experience. I nearly spit my coffee out when Borat broke out into dance at the end.

Love that Samantha Bee!

I'd love to see more details about this, I heard it was a riot.

Man, this low quality footage is horrible. I'm going back to hiding under my bridge and hassling lonely travelers.

Too late, we already hassled the crap out of the back packers!
