Walking along Walmer Road earlier this morning, I came to this sign in the middle of the sidewalk. Apparently, some poor schmuck forgot or "forgot" to dump his bag of dog poop in the garbage.

It's funny -- as much as Torontonians loves animals, there are an equal amount who don't. Remember the Dogs in Parks kafuffle?

It's not the animals those Torontonians don't like, but their inconsiderate owners ... there's a difference.

I love dogs as much as the next person, but owners who don't pick up after their pups are despicable. Tyndall Ave. in Parkdale is the worst! I thought about leaving a note like this on MANY occasions.

they have nothing on the 'Sparkle Brigade' in NYC that turn discarded poop into art projects. They'll cover turds with sparkles, or toy soldiers, or my favorite... a proper place setting complete with knife, fork, serviettes and a glass of wine!
