Which Cafe is 17 Steps Away?

I haven't been able to figure our this billboard from Victory Condos, the new development that will replace the blue Paul Wolf Electric building on King west of Bathurst.

What cafe is exactly 17 steps away? I did a check and even walked more than 17 steps in each direction and still couldn't find a cafe decent enough to base an ad campaign around.

The website says the lofts are at King and Spadina. This might just be the sales office.

I live in the ever-changing King West neighbourhood and have been there for sometime now. There is a delightful little cafe across the street from that ad which has been a staple of mine for ages. It's the kind that knows the majority of its patrons and can actually ask "your usual?" to most...I hope (perhaps too optimistically) yet another condo/influx of people doesn't ruin this charm! Sad to see the Paul Wolf building will be going - the 'mixed use' of the community was its biggest appeal to me when I moved in.

It could be their intention to build a cafe in one of the buildings so residents could 'walk 17 steps' to get to their cafe for their morning cup of joe.

'Wagamama' is the name of the cafe. It is excellent. My Fiance and I make the journey from 45 minutes away just for their caramel bread pudding. When I lived in Parkdale and walked the length of King West to get to work, my roomate and I would stop at this oasis for some excellent coffee.

As for exactly '17 steps' I don't know, but it is right across the street. Hopefully the new condo isn't too monsterous (somthing more like the Gotham Lofts down the road)
