Is Bob Rae a Wanted Man?

At the Duke of Gloucester last night, just above a men's urinal was this message.

No idea how long that's been up there, but apparently the former NDP premier has some foes at the local pubs.

Perhaps a criticism precisely placed above a pee-pot to symbolize Rae's switch from NDP to Liberal?
