Looks like things are winding down for this calendar year of literary events. There's a couple readings happening tomorrow, but that's it! This will be the last Bookmark This! post of 2007, too, as I'll be away until the new year. Happy holidays readers! Don't forget to conspire by the fire with some Charles Dickens and Clement Clarke Moore!

Tuesday, December 18th:

David McGimpsey, author of Sitcom, is Myna Wallin's guest on CKLN's 'In Other Words'. Toronto listeners should tune their radios to 88.1 FM at 2pm to hear one of Montreal's funniest poets talk about his latest book.

Join Peter Robinson, Maureen Jennings, Linwood Barclay, and other acclaimed Canadian mystery writers as they celebrate the dark side of the festive season, at the third of a six part series, featuring Canada's top crime writers. In this special holiday reading, contributors will be reading their short stories from Blood on the Holly, the seasonal mystery anthology created by the Crime Writers of Canada.
Casa Loma. 7:30pm. $12. Pre-registration for this program is necessary. Call 416-923-1171 or email operations@casaloma.org.
