Jan Wong Launches Beijing Confidential

Author and Globe and Mail Columnist Jan Wong launched her new book, Beijing Confidential, last night to a packed room on the second floor of the Gladstone Hotel.

The book has an intriguing premise. It tells the true story of her recent return to Beijing to find someone she encountered briefly in 1973, and whose life she was certain she had ruined forever. With that as the context, the CBC's Matt Galloway was on hand to conduct a little Q&A as part of Pages' ongoing This is Not a Reading Series. Watch the full video below.
