TEN23 might be the only place in the GTA that offers private karaoke rooms and a menu complete with ox tongue and spaghetti Bolognese. But know this: Decent weekday rates double by week's end and the rooms are rented by the evening - not the hour - so fill them up and plan for a full night of singsong.

Gawd this place is exepnsive. In addition to the minimum charge of $150 we had to spend for the evening, we were also charged a per person charge of $8.99 for each of the 12 persons. So the bill was like over $300 after tax and service charge. RIDICULOUS! What makes it worse was we were only told of the $150 minimum spending charge and completely not told of the additional per person charge!!!!
They're song lists are really messy, we couldn't find artists in the artists sections, and we couldn't find songs where there were supposed to be. Someone should spend time and tidy up the song list. Also, the evening we were there, we had a lot of mike and sound problems. It might have been only our room, but they were really annoying and ruined our experience. The drinks were good though.
Called to make a reservation, was told: "We're closed, sorry, bye," then got hung up on. Really bad telephone manners.
