Soban RestaurantUpdate: Thanks to a reader tip I have confirmed that since my visit two weeks ago the restaurant has changed its name to Witches Table.

Soban Witches Table may be the sort of cutesy place in the mold of cafes found all over East Asia, but does its lengthy menu of noodles, sushi, and other rice dishes put it a cut above the typical Japanese-Korean restaurant in the city?
