Open since last fall, this clothing boutique at College and Manning really knows how to simplify things. Currently stocking only three brands - Levis, Alternative Apparel and Converse - there's not a whole lot of choice, but that's kind of the point.

Men looking for upscale fashions could do worse than a trip to West Queen West, where stores like Ruins, Sydney's, Klaxton Howl, Simon Carter and Buckler offer a range of options from workman's wear to modern minimalism. But what would a men's fashion scene be without a British presence? Well, thanks to a new arrival in the area, that question has become moot.

And so wraps another LG Fashion Week. Friday saw the curtain close on the Spring/Summer 2011 collections in Toronto with a packed house to watch models clad in frosted blue lipstick, African inspired outfits and shimmering silk cord. There's been something for everyone during the last 48 hours of LG Fashion Week in Toronto. Yesterday, local menswear store Klaxon Howl showcased their blue collar aesthetic on the runway, a nice contrast to Rachel Mara's looks inspired by 1960's glam. The one thing about this year's lineup at LG Fashion Week in Toronto is that it's refreshingly packed with designers that are making their debut at Fashion Week. Four among these are sisters Chloé and Parris Gordon (of Chloé comme Parris) as well as NY designer Alexander Berardi and Toronto handbag Queen Jessica Jensen.
