The Spring Thing Trunk Show hosted by City of Craft and in conjunction with The Workroom takes place at 1340 Queen Street West on Sunday, May 4th from noon to 5PM.

Started in December of 2007, the first City of Craft Fair was a unique blend of trade show and lively exhibition. It was started by craft enthusiasts Becky Johnson, Leah Buckareff and Jen Anisef who felt the need for celebration and collaboration of the unique craft culture in Toronto.

From April 6th to April 10th, Ryerson opened its doors to the fashion community by hosting Ryerson Fashion Week, a five-day event featuring Canada's most style-conscious young designers and communication students.

Surprisingly, this exhibition was Ryerson's first full-fledged fashion week featuring three spectacular shows: Original Sin, Ignite and Paramensia. This year emphasized the importance of environmentally conscious clothing.
