A popular Spadina Avenue Italian eatery has just opened its second location near Richmond and Sherbourne. Known for its superb selection of panini and market fresh food, the restaurant also wins points this time for its excellent design.

It has been a wild ride for MLSE's new sports bar that opened this summer at Maple Leaf Square next to the ACC. Not only did it take the prize for the best sports bar in Toronto but an ESPN poll crowned it number one in North America. I recently stopped by to check out a game, eat some food and down a $7 milkshake.

There's a new gourmet burger joint in Toronto, but if you don't look closely enough you might miss it. Conspicuously looking like a neighbourhood Italian restaurant, this Yonge and Lawrence entrant definitely does things differently - from the decor to the supply chain to the, uh, burgers.
