Yorkville Art Walk

If you didn't get your fill this weekend of walking around the city enjoying art, then tonight (and every first Thursday of the month) is the Yorkville Art Walk. The tour is FREE and informal, led by volunteer guides familiar with art appreciation and the Yorkville art scene.

The tour is split into two or three smaller groups and each group will visit 4-5 selected galleries during the evening. There is a wide-variety of art in the 8-10 galleries on the walk, contemporary and historical. Tonight an exhibiting artist, Anna Yuschuk, will be present at the Ingram Gallery during the tour.

The tour meets at the HAZELTON LANES SHOPPING MALL, 55 Avenue Road, in the lower level ROTUNDA common area (across from Brown's Shoes).

Tour Schedule:
6:00 p.m. Gather and decide which of two to three tour groups to join.
6:30 p.m. Leave to tour selected galleries (4 out of possible 7).
8:00 p.m. Tour ends

You are invited to join other tour participants at a local cafe after the walk to discuss the art.

Again, this event is FREE!

Date: Tonight, Thursday, October 4/07 or 1st Thursday of each month, except January. Next month's walk will be Thursday, November 1/07.
